Except when they are playing us, I quite like Burnley. Don't ever forget they beat Sheffield United in a Championship play off final, and for that I will always be grateful.

The manager keeps selecting his favourites over the better quality board options & that's the reason the team is where it is in the league*.

We have 1 striker who is about 5 ft tall and can only play in a pair.
Our midflied is weak so we need more bodies there otherwise we get overrun.
So I can see why Hernandez doesn’t start.
If you really want to play Hernández maybe play him on the right of midfield and arnie up top. But that would be sacrificing Antonio or a another midfielder who can defend as well for someone who is purely a poacher. And even then Hernandez has barely scored a goal outside the 6yrd box in his life. So it’s just all so weird.
We have an unbalanced team basically. I don’t think it Moyes being negative, I just think we don’t have the right players to play the game people want to see.

I'm no fan of Lampard's but that's not the first time I've seen him display a good understanding of the West Ham fans' viewpoint. I was actually quite pleased to see he was on MOTD, because I dread to think what Shearer would have said.

We’ve been so focussed on our defensive woes that we weren’t looking at the support going forward. Their analysis showed how isolated Arnie is. Lanzini, much as some see him as something great, does nothing to cover defensively and seems unwilling to run much forward unless it’s easy.
The were quick, incisive and acknowledged the ‘promises’.

Just been watching it
A good analysis of the on and off pitch stuff by him.
Our whole set up seems to rely on Arnautovic beating 4 men and putting it in the top corner.
We were in the game but always vulnerable in the first half.
Need a complete rethink over the 3 weeks off and come up with something that works offensively
